Return Eligibility

At Reserveelemental, we accept returns for most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or use — including items that have been washed, altered, or installed — may not qualify for return. Please note that eligibility may vary depending on product type, category, and the reason for return.

Non-returnable Items or Situations

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or licensing considerations. This includes personalized or custom-made products, digital downloads, opened health or beauty items, and final-sale merchandise marked as non-refundable at checkout. Additionally, orders cancelled after shipment has been dispatched, purchases made outside our official website, or items returned without prior authorization are generally excluded from our return program. Gift promotions included with qualifying orders may require return alongside the main item, depending on circumstances.

Refund Process

To begin a refund request, please log into your Reserveelemental account and navigate to “Order History” to locate your purchase. From there, select “Request Return” and follow the prompts to specify the reason and items involved. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email. After we receive and inspect your package — typically within 7 business days of delivery to our facility — your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of us confirming receipt of your return, please first check your bank or card statement for pending transactions. Delays can occur due to processing times on the part of your financial provider. If the refund still doesn’t appear after 10 business days, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate promptly.

Exchange Requests

We’re happy to consider exchanges for items affected by sizing issues, minor defects, or shipping errors — subject to availability and eligibility. Exchanges are handled case-by-case and depend on product category, stock levels, and the condition of the returned item. To request an exchange, please initiate a return through your account and include a note specifying your preferred replacement. We’ll confirm feasibility before issuing return instructions. Please note: exchanges are not guaranteed and may require additional payment if the replacement item is priced higher.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged goods). For security and tracking purposes, we recommend using a carrier that provides delivery confirmation — especially for packages valued at $75 USD or more. While we don’t cover insurance, we strongly advise purchasing it for high-value returns. If your original order included free shipping, the cost of that service may be deducted from your refund. Return address details will be provided in your return confirmation email; if no physical return address is listed there, please contact us to obtain the correct location.
