We believe in transparent, upfront pricing — so you’ll always see your shipping cost before completing your purchase. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the number and weight of items in your order, and the selected delivery method. These rates are automatically updated in your cart and during checkout, ensuring no surprises at the final step.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing. This timeframe accounts for quality checks, careful packaging, and coordination with our trusted carriers. During peak periods — such as holidays or product launches — processing may take closer to the upper end of this range, but we strive to ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to a curated list of countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. While we’re continually expanding our reach, not all countries are supported at this time. If your country isn’t listed during checkout, unfortunately we’re unable to fulfill orders there just yet. We recommend checking back periodically or subscribing to our newsletter for updates on new shipping destinations.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, international delivery typically takes 14 to 30 days, depending on your location and local customs procedures. Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and do not include order processing time. Transit times may vary due to factors beyond our control — including carrier performance, weather conditions, customs clearance, and regional holidays.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, Reserveelemental does not support shipping different items in a single order to multiple addresses. To send items to more than one location, please place separate orders — each with its own designated shipping address. This helps us maintain accuracy in fulfillment and ensures every package receives proper tracking and handling.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We’re unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Our current logistics partners require a physical street address for reliable delivery and tracking consistency. If you’re stationed overseas or rely on a military mail system, we recommend using a civilian address where possible — or reaching out to us in advance so we can explore options together.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VAT is included in the price shown at checkout for eligible destinations. However, import duties, customs fees, and additional taxes may apply upon arrival in your country — and these are the responsibility of the recipient. Reserveelemental does not collect or prepay these charges, nor can we estimate them in advance, as they’re determined by your local customs authority. You may be contacted directly by customs or your carrier to settle any required fees before delivery.

Order Tracking

Yes — every order shipped from Reserveelemental comes with a unique tracking number. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details and a link to monitor real-time progress. You can also log into your account to view current order status and tracking history at any time.

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

While we work closely with experienced carriers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur — especially with international shipments. Factors like customs inspections, severe weather, carrier network adjustments, or unexpected logistical challenges may impact transit time. If your order appears significantly delayed or if tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days, please contact us. In the rare case of a confirmed lost package, we’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
